FAQ & Custom Order Info


How long will it take to ship my online order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns at this time.

Where do you source your items?
Items in our collection are obtained through a variety of ethical and reputable means, including auctions and estate sales, trusted industry connections, and our in-house vendors.
Most large taxidermy pieces and mounts are vintage and/or secondhand. Wet specimens are either secondhand, sourced from animals that passed due to natural causes (such as old age, terminal illness, or early-term pregnancy), or are by-products of local farming industries. Human remains have been acquired as secondhand materials originally used for medical or scientific study.
Each item is carefully reviewed and ethically sourced by our store owner. We will never accept animal or human remains if their origin cannot be verified.

Do you offer custom pieces?
We currently offer a limited number of custom small taxidermy, wet specimen, and insect preservation pieces.
If you are interested in a custom piece, please email belovedbonescurios@gmail.com with details about what you are looking for so we can provide a general estimate.

Do you purchase items from individuals?
Occasionally, we do purchase items from individuals. If you are interested in selling to us, please email belovedbonescurios@gmail.com with clear photos and your asking price.
If you bring an item into the shop for consideration, you will still be asked to follow up via email with the same information. Donations or gifted items may be brought directly to the store.
